Participant guidelines

While submissions (abstract or full paper) and presentation text must be written in English, presenters can speak in either English or French.

The Conference Organizers will provide:
.Laptops (with MS-Office & Adobe Reader)
. Projectors & Screen
. Laser Sticks

Each presenter should send us his presentation (preferably in power point) before March 20, 2022.

Duration of each presentation for guest speakers:
40 minutes of presentation, 10 minutes of discussion.

Duration of each presentation in a plenary session:
30 minutes of presentation, 10 minutes of discussion.

Duration of each presentation in a parallel session:
15 minutes of presentation, 5 minutes of discussion.
