Participant guidelines

While submissions (abstract or full paper) and presentation text must be written in English, presenters can speak preferably in English, or alternatively in French.

The Conference Organizers will provide:
Projectors & Screen.
Laser Sticks.

Duration of each presentation in a plenary session:
30 minutes of presentation, 10 minutes of discussion.

Duration of each presentation in a parallel session:
15 minutes of presentation, 5 minutes of discussion.
